Online Booking
While we are transitioning to membership please note you are still able to book Intro and 1-to-1 sessions with Gwen. Use the form below to book your appointment. On booking the Intro session you will be sent a confirmation email which will contain a link to a questionnaire you will need to fill out at least 24 hours prior to your session. This will be reviewed by Gwen before she meets you so please make sure you complete it!
